HSBC Self-Service Replacement Programme

In May 2013, 4AD was awarded the detailed design and coordination work for a programme of Self-service machine replacements working with Edmond Shipway, Programme and Cost managers. This is a national programme to replace several thousand ATM and other self-service machinery for HSBC Bank. The process needed to be auditable, scalable, accurate and able to be delivered at a fast pace.

The 4AD national coverage has enabled the team to carry out detailed surveys of individual sites and generate individual workbooks for each branch location with drawings of the existing and proposed installations, identification of risks, installation and operational issues. The team has also made the necessary applications for Planning/Listed Building consent where required. A rate of about 20+ sites a week has been maintained for almost 2 years. The programme is expected to complete in the summer of 2015.
